Decades of experience advising the businesses that drive California's economy.
About Gary Brenner
A trusted advisor to small and medium-size businesses.
Gary Brenner is a San Diego business attorney who has guided companies from first incorporation through growth into large enterprises — serving as a single, dependable point of contact for the legal needs of a business.
His practice blends legal skill with genuine business acumen: a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Master of Business Administration, years as an adjunct professor, and a record of published work on the legal aspects of running a company. That combination lets him counsel clients not only on what the law requires, but on what makes sense for the business.
