Privacy Policy

What information this site collects, and how it is used.

This policy explains what information the brennerbusinesslaw.com website collects and how it is used. It applies only to this website, not to any information you provide by phone, mail, or in person.

Information we collect

This site does not require an account and does not ask visitors to register. The contact form on the Contact page opens your own email application and sends your message directly from your email address to ours; we receive only what you choose to write and send. We do not operate any separate server-side database that stores form submissions.

Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a Google Maps location on the Contact page. Loading these resources sends your browser's IP address and standard request information to Google. Those requests are governed by Google's own privacy policy, not this one.

How we use information you send us

Information you send by email or through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide legal services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established. See our Disclaimer for more.

Links to other websites

This site may link to third-party websites, including court, bar association, and government resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

If you have questions about the personal information we hold about you, or would like to make a request regarding that information, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
